One day, some time ago, I was grieved in my heart of my failures to obey God regarding a particular sin. Question after question was racing through my mind. When I looked toward heaven it was like I could see clouds with small rays of sun piercing through. At the point when I was about to give up a thought like a voice loud and clear said "John 14:9!" I leaped from my bed and went quickly to my Bible and read the text. I was shocked! I thought that I knew about the SDA religion and God; but the truth was staring me in the face, I did not know Him!. At first I was sad and unbelieving thinking this was some kind of mistake, at length I accepted what was written and applied it to myself. Today, I'm no longer that boastful Trinitarian I once was.

My point is this, we do not know Him as we ought to, and to know Him as He is written of is life eternal.
